RADIO JOX checks every claim by hand, so the person managing a station is the person who runs it.

Search by call sign, name, frequency or city. Choose “This is my station — claim it”. If it is not listed, add it first.
Enter a station email
Use an address at your station, ideally on your own website’s domain. That helps us confirm the claim.
Confirm with the one-time link
We email you a link that works once. Open it, tell us your role at the station if you like, and confirm.

Our team reviews each claim by hand and emails you when there is a decision. Your station stays listed and playable meanwhile.

Is my station already on RADIO JOX?
Probably. Use the search at the top of this page with your call sign, station name, frequency or city. If you find it, claim it. If you do not, add it: it takes a few minutes and is free.
Which stations does RADIO JOX list?
RADIO JOX focuses on stations in the United States and Canada, and those come first in search and on browse pages. Stations in other countries are listed too, but they only appear when someone searches for them by name or call sign.
How do I claim my station?
Search for your station, choose “This is my station — claim it” and enter an email address at your station. We send a one-time link, you confirm, and our team reviews the claim. Once approved, you sign in with a secure email link. There is no password to remember.
How does RADIO JOX verify that I represent the station?
We email a one-time link to the address you give us, and our team reviews each claim by hand. An address on your station’s own website domain helps us confirm it. You can also tell us your role at the station when you confirm. We may ask a follow-up question before approving.
How long does a claim take to approve?
We review claims by hand and email you as soon as there is a decision, so we do not promise a fixed time. Your station stays listed and playable while the claim is under review.
What if my station shows as already claimed?
Search results mark a claimed station with “Claimed”. If you believe the claim is wrong, use the contact form with your station name and how we can reach you at the station, and we will look into it.
Is Basic Claim really free?
Yes. Every station is listed on RADIO JOX at no cost. Claiming it lets you edit its location details, logo and stream address at no cost, and that stays true whether or not you ever upgrade.
What do listeners see with Enhanced?
Your station page and cards show a cover image, a larger logo, a verified badge and links to your website and social accounts. Enhanced stations are also shown ahead of other stations on city and format pages.
What is different about Enhanced Featured?
Everything in Enhanced, plus rotation in the Featured strip on the homepage, eligibility for Station of the Day and top placement on city and region pages. Placement is not a guarantee of any number of listeners.
Why is Featured limited?
The homepage Featured strip only works if it stays selective, so the number of Featured stations at any one time is capped (currently 10). Featured is open to stations in the United States and Canada. If every slot is taken, Enhanced is available now. Use the contact form and we will note your interest.
Does paying change how my stream sounds or plays?
No. Listeners press play and hear your stream from your own server, on every plan. Paid plans change how your station is presented and where it is placed on RADIO JOX, not how it plays.
What stats will I see?
Page views of your station page, plays started and share clicks, for the last 30 days, with a simple chart in your account. Counts are anonymous: we do not record IP addresses, we do not identify listeners, and known bots are left out. When there is nothing to show yet, we say so.
Do you publish audience numbers for RADIO JOX?
We only publish numbers we can count from our own directory, such as how many stations and cities are listed. We do not publish audience figures or make promises about how many listeners a plan will bring.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your listing returns to Basic Claim. Your station stays listed, and you keep your logo and details.
What is your refund policy?
Plans are billed in advance. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period and are not billed again. If you think a charge was made in error, use the contact form and we will look at it fairly. We do not promise refunds beyond what is stated here, and our Terms apply.
How do I change plans or switch between monthly and annual?
Open your account, choose “Manage billing” and switch plans, change between monthly and annual billing, update your card or download invoices. Any difference in price is calculated and shown before you confirm.
What does annual billing cost?
Annual is billed once a year for about the price of ten months, so you get two months free: $99 a year for Enhanced and $290 a year for Enhanced Featured.
What are the stream requirements?
Your stream must be served over HTTPS (an address starting with https://) so that it plays in browsers on every device. When you change your stream address, we test it first and it only goes live once it passes.
Can I manage several stations?
Yes. One account can manage several stations, each with its own plan. If you run a group and would like to talk about arrangements for many stations, contact us.
Who handles payment?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
